Review Notes: Sweet and peppery. Some interesting flavor changes as to be expected as the finish was realized. I have another of the same smoke and hope to enjoy it a bit more. My band came off ok...it was not glued...at least it did not appear to be. Mine, unlike other reviewers was constructed fairly well and burned evenly enough to score it an 8 in that catagory. I would probably not pursue this smoke at anything over 2.00-2.50/per in the future.
