Review Notes: Have smoked about 4 of these over the past year - and each time the flavor is different. Overall construction is good, they burned evenly - but on a few occasions they became so harsh that I had to toss after 3/4 of the way through. On the other hand, I brought a couple to a wedding last summer, and the taste was fantastic...a little spice, a little cedar...smoked them till our fingers were burning. Stocked a few in the humi since last October, hopefully that will get rid of the harshness I experienced.
