Review Notes: I selected this stick out of my humi for a quality smoke to enjoy in a short period of time. Very smooth tan wrapper with almost no veining. Construction seemed solid except for the foot, which was soft and loose. Prelight aroma was average - nothing to write home about. Light was easy. Draw was hot and harsh for the first 1/2 inch until the construction started to improve (this was stored and handled appropriately, so it was not iatrogenic). Started immediately with several woody notes, particularly oak and cedar, as well as mild pepper. The flavor remained one-dimensional throughout, though it became smoother as it was smoked. The ash was white-gray and was flakey (especially at the foot). Voluminous smoke. This 30 minute cigar actually has some kick to it, which was surprising given its small stature. In the end, however, I felt that there were much better smokes out there for the price. Paired well with a fine tequila (Patron silver).
