Review Notes: A very nice smoke, to be sure! This robusto sported a dark brown wrapper with medium veins and an interesting and unique symbol/crest apparently embossed onto the wrapper itself just below the semicircular cutout on the label. I have never seen this before, and it is an elegant touch. Construction was excellent without any soft spots. Easy light. Smooth draw. Even burn without the need for relights or corrections. Voluminous white smoke. White-gray firm ash. Started with white pepper, which then eased its way into wood (particularly oak), raw tobacco, dry cocoa powder, and milk chocolate in the first third. There was a noticebale increase in smoothness in the middle thrid, which also introduced a slight floral note, as well as cedar, toasted tobacco, and woodsy flavors. The last third brought an increase in the floral elements mixed with a hint of cinnamon and wood. All in all this one hour medium-bodied, complex smoke was very enjoyable. Paired well with Ron Matusalem rum. Would by more for sure.
