Review Notes: When fairly new this cigar is pretty good with decent balance of spice, leather and cocoa flavors. When aged for about a year they turn surprisingly bland and boring. I have a lot of cigars in the same humidor for over a year that have mostly improved and haven't gone tasteless...so I have to conclude it is something about the tobacco in the Reo. Initially spicy with some cedary/oaky flavors from the humidor, after 2 inches it's a vague shadow of it's former self. Never harsh but it retains the kind of weird tanginess of the young sticks.

Review Notes: I definitely liked the Torpedo, and the Robusto is a notch above that. This cigar started spicy and had a pretty strong cocoa and leathery ligero flavor throughout. It was earthy with a bit of tanginess in the middle, and was a smooth med/full if smoked relatively slow. I preferred these to all of RP's other lines by far.
