Review Notes: First off, the Metropolitan is not a 7" x60 pyramid, it is a 7" x 50 double corona. The above description is incorrect. Now that we have that out of the way, on to the review. Okay appearance and mild pre-light aroma. Construction was pretty off. Although the evenness of the burn was fair, the draw was extremely tight allowing for small amounts of smoke. The flavor itself was mild, as would be expected, but it was a very bland flavor. It had small elements of sweetness, almost pear-like, but overall, it was a ver boring cigar that I just did not enjoy. I find the Host line to be more flavorful, and easier on the wallet, for that matter.
