Review Notes: This cigar promised so much. The CT shade wrapper was perfect, no large veins, just a hint of tooth and no blemishes. The prelight draw was good. The initial scent was that of carmel with a hint of hops. I was really psyched for this cigar. I often look for cigars with a modest strength profile and good flavors to take out on the golf course, since I usually play in pretty opressive conditions. So few cigars live up to this billing. Two that I like are the Ashton Aged Maduro and the Padron Annivisario Natural. Back to the Perdomo. The flavor was smooth and consistant, but I thought that this smoke really didn't have the flavor to go along with what I initially smelled and tasted before lighting up. It was reminiscent of the Nat Sherman Host line.
