Review Notes: This stick had been in the box for a year plus. Construction and burn were top notch. Flavor was a very subdued and mundane mix of light wood and some straight tobacco with a slight cammy twang. This cigar just didn't have "it". Tread catiously here as 2 out of the 3 I've smoked (am I the only one who bought and smoked some of these?) 2 have been middling. With an MSRP of $6-ish...I expect more. Value rating based upon $4.50.

Review Notes: More box time created a world of difference in the flavor here. This was one of the best tasting sticks I've had so far this year. (yeah...I know it's only January 24th and that would seem to indicate I am not saying much) However, I smoke about 10 cigars/week. Box time seemed to blend and meld the flavors together in a way that just made for an incredible medium bodied relaxing cigar experience. Kick back and enjoy. The "cameroon" wrapper added a nice twang to some wonderful DR and Brazilian fillers. A suprisingly fuller finish than what you might expect. I may have got the good stick in the box. It's worth a try. I paid like $4.50 for a fiver on c-bid. At $6, value diminishes sharply.

"A good smoke."

Review Notes: Construction was a bit off as stick had a tough draw. It needed a poke and some massaging. Appearance of cameroon wrapper was splotchy with some slight tears. Burn was pretty even. Flavor was generally good. Kind of reminded me of a Camacho Corojo or a Padron (thousand series) with that chewy- tobaccoey- slight sweet earthiness. Stick had some kick to it to which surprised me. Overall, Good, but since other sticks have similar flavors at better prices...I doubt I'd be lining up to buy me a box of these anytime soon. Expect to pay about $7 a single from your cigar man and $20 to $30 a five pak on the net. I paid $22.
