Review Notes: Aging balances the spice and the sweetness of these black beauties. I've smoked about 4 of these now and to me they are getting better. The first two I smoked had a one demensional spicyness that was good but not nearly as good as the last two I smoked. The ash on the last one held on for just over 3 inches. (yes, I measured it) Draw was perfect on this hard, heavy, tightly packed stick. A sign of a great cigar. Although billed as full this is not that strong of a cigar (especially with box time balancing the spice and sweetness) I find it more of a medium. Flavor was a near nirvanah experience of spice, earth, wood, and sambouca type slight sweetness. I scored a fifteen pack for $45. At $3 bucks a throw, a ten in value.

"Very Nice"

Review Notes: More body than an Ashton Aged Maduro with a little bit more peppery spice. Not nearly as creamy yummy smoothness though. The spice here is not overpowering. There are some tones of sweetness that goes well with the spice. Mild to full medium in overall depth, character and finish. Nothing mind blowing. Looked and burnt like a champ. Overall... a solid, nice, hour plus experience. Aging might make this incredible.
