Review Notes: These are very nice. From the same cheap jar humidor too. Smooth, slightly sweet molasses and nutmeg spice with a little coffee flavor will hit your palate just right. Mostly medium in body. I like these. Especially at $2-3 a throw. Lay down a five pack for at least 6 months and you will be very happy with these.

Review Notes: This will happen sometimes. This cigar had at least a year of box time (but in one of my cheap jar humidors...other sticks smoke well from in here though). It just didn't measure up to what I expect from these cigars. Construction was off with an aggravating uneven burn. Taste was mostly OK but had one hideous gaseous moment that made me want to toss toenails. It returned tasting fine right after. At the auction price of $2.50-ish a throw...I still reccomend these.

Review Notes: Had to "herf" this down in spurts last night. The birth of my son, Cal, has changed things a lot in our household. I kept ducking out every 5 minutes or so for a few long pulls then I'd go over and nudge him making sure he was OK. I am finding it hard to just let him lay there. I like it when he makes some noise. I've got to stop doing this to his sleep and my sanity. The cigar smoked and burnt like a champ all through this. The flavors in this stick are like a burnt molasses with a little nutmeg spice. Body is mostly medium. Too bad I couldn't really relax with this cigar but it's well worth attending to my son. You should be able to nick these cheaply on c-bid for $2-3/ stick. I did. I eventually found out that the "Cammies" are of course much lighter in color than the "Maddies". C-bid screwed up sending me maddies instead of cammies...but it's no big deal to me. They're both good. If you like music that's a bit different (Cuban)...pull the trigger on the CD....Buena Vista Social Club...I like it alot. So does Cal. Enjoy!

Review Notes: A wonderful cigar made by Tabac. Perdomo in tribute to the late Cuban guitarist Compay Segundo. Segundo and other fine Cuban musicians were put together by J. de Marcos Gonzales and Ry Cooder (who was fined $25,000 by the US Treasury OFAC for doing so) to make what turned out to be a grammy award winning CD "Buena Vista Social Club" hence the names of the sizes in the cigar line. Back to the stick...A nicely shaped torpedo (not robusto) a bit soggy and soft but this cigar burnt pretty well and had a nice draw producing gobs of smoke. I enjoyed the slightly sweet chewy maduro flavor of this. Something about this cigar just hit my palate right. I'd call it mostly medium in body and thoroughly enjoyable in flavor. Very nice smoke for being aged only 30 days in my box. I paid $2 a stick ( a great value). I've seen them for $4 and even more. I ordered the Club Cameroon as well but it showed up from c-bid looking exactly like the Club Maduro (dark brown)...is there a difference in appearance (color) between the cameroon and maduro? Please help me out.
