Review Notes: The average price as of my review is listed as 4 dollars. Thats pretty funny, I would imagine the actual price is north of 12 bucks. Smoked a couple of these in the past week, box was from late 04. I opened the tube(s), they looked nice, very fine veins, very nice triple cap, perfect proportions. They felt light in my hand compared to some R&J Churchills that I have had recently, but the packing was firm and there were no hard or loose spots. I punched it, and lit her up. Perfect draw and burn, I mean just perfect. That was such a pleasure and a change from the R&J Churches I have had, which have required suction of Lewinskyesque proportions to get some smoke. So right off the bat I was happy with the Monarchs. The taste was excellent, very refined, never harsh .... a real winner.
