Review Notes: I had a good day, smoked a nice Torano signature on the way home, and after supper was looking for a side by side comparison. Found a couple of different Gurkha MS cigars from a CI sampler and sparked them up. They've been in the humidor a couple of months. This one had a few wrapper problems and slightly tight draw. I was smoking on the wrapper after a few minutes when the cracked wrapper fell off. No problems with other gars in my door and it is a solid 70, so it wasn't poor storage. Quite smooth, medium-light body, slightly sweet, not very complex. The other one had a better wrapper and draw but a worse burn. The taste on this one was woody, not much else. The other one with a darker wrapper was more interesting, creamier, spicier, and more leather-earth. The combination of the two side by side was interesting, but either one on its own would get old quick. Not a fan but if you're into woody-cedar smokes, this one has it in spades. As it burned it got a bit better, but still not a cigar I would buy again.
