Review Notes: I smoked the Gran Reserva fast break. Supposedly a nicaraguan puro, aged 5 years. Looked nice wrapped in cedar, punched it, nice even burn, slightly tight draw. Well rolled, solid packed with tobacco. Taste starts off kinda mild, with a light body. Something there in the topnote that I don't like. Settled down a bit and had some flavor character I liked but continued some flavors I didn't enjoy. Reminded me somewhat of an aged la finca. An interesting cigar, great size for a quick smoke. I miss my Cupido knuckles so I thought this would be a great replacement. Good, but not great. Since they are sold direct, it kinda bugs me that they are 80 bucks a box ... at 50 I'd definately buy some.
