Review Notes: I purchased a sampler pack of Fonescas’ off the internet, one of the cigars provided in the pack was a Fonesca Vintage Churchill. This cigar is another good looker from Fonesca, which has the beauty and good construction I have come to expect from Fonesca. Before lighting the draw on the Churchill was perfect, but after lighting up I had some problems with this one. I had this one clog up on me 2 times; I had to re-cut the both times to recover the draw. The Churchill stayed lit throughout all of this, and amazingly maintained an even burn. This cigar was light to medium bodied in strength, and had a light leathery note. It is too bad that I had so many problems with the clogging, this was a quality cigar. These cigars retail for about $5.00 each on the internet and around $6.50 in the store. BOTTOM LINE: I will try another one of these, light and creamy, nice wrapper, watch out for the tough draw, maybe try a cigar a little smaller from the fonesca line.
