Review Notes: Had the buddy over for the Solstice celebration. Lit a fire in the outdoor fire pit, opened some beers and picked this Curly Head because it was cheap and I didn’t have high expectations for it. In other words, it was cold as hell outside and I didn’t know how long we would be able to stave off the hypothermia. Well we stuck it out and I only lost the tiniest bit of flesh on my pinky toe. This isn’t a bad cigar. Yeah, sure, the construction is not so spectacular, but it tastes just fine, creamy and mild spice mingling with sweet sweet tobacco. It’s a bit of a soft stick. I can’t fairly say how it burned. I sat it down in a little snow ash tray like a nitwit when I went in for another beer, thus the burn was effected by wetness. Duh. We marked the shortest day of the year at any rate. Fine time, fine beer and fine Curly Head. Too bad about my poor little curly toe.
