Review Notes: Definitely more bang than I expected...Which is fine with me considering I have no problem sparking up a Cain "F" in the morning. I used to smoke a lot of Joya de Nic machito's and put quite a few years of age on a few, making them very nice. Anyway this cigar starts off a little peppery, not too much but, then quickly hits a very earthy, rich but not leathery flavor. BTW ..I stink at describing 'nuances" in a cigar. I do know that there is a specific type of smell, aroma and flavor that only the best Nicaraguan cigars exhibit. This had that aroma and for the most part flavor that falls somewhere between a spicy Don Pepin and a smoother Cabaiguan. I guess a "young" tatuaje would be a good description. Definitely worth a try!!
