Review Notes: I generally find Senior Reyes' cigars satisfying. They aren't top shelf by any means and some are a little rough around the edges if you don't let them sit in the humi for a reasonable period of time. But I frequently will pick up a Puros Indios, Cuba Aliados(latest version), Viejo or the Cienfuegos which is my favorite. Most of them are not much to look at. (the Maxima Reserva is the butt ugliest tho) They don't have the nice white ash that clings to the cigar, they will burn funny sometimes but for all these quirks -- dammit I like them! They always provide copious amounts of smoke and have a taste that is unique to Puros Indios brands. However the Maxima Reserva's taste just so so. That is the problem, with so many other options (even among it's Puros Indios labelmates) this cigar just doesn't rate. The odd thing about it is that it is supposed to be a cut above. Unfortunately it is not.
