Review Notes: This was a nice smoke. While I didn't enjoy it as much as the last one I had, it was still a pleasant experience. The flavor was toasty and full, but lacked the subtle almond sweetness I remember from my previous experience. (Although after trying many Bolivars since that time, I'm beginning to think the sweetness of that first one was an anomaly). In short, it was a good cigar.

Review Notes: This was a great PC. The flavors were tremendous. The first half was mainly a full tobacco flavor with that nice Habano kick. At about 2/3rds, it turned into rich, sweet almonds - like marzipan, and then changed to perfectly cooked toast, still with some sweetness. My only complaint was the burn. Mine needed several re-lights. The wrapper did not want to stay lit after the half-way point. There could be several reasons for this. One is that the cigar was very soft - almost spongy. This may have kept the wrapper from making good contact with the cherry. The other issue is that I just received this cigar in the mail four days ago, so it may not have had enough time to rest. (Just so you're not having doubts about the cigars authenticity, it was purchased from Cigarone.com - one of this site's frequent advertisers).
