Review Notes:
Wrapper is veiny, and has a very little oily feel to it. Cigar is solid and firm. Good cap construction, but hard to cut. Pre-light draw has a strong cedar taste to it. It is easy to light the cigar. Cigar is mild-medium bodied. It has a strong woody taste to it, and an earthy undertone. Burn is almost even, the cigar burns fast w/ draw. (and I think the cigar has an earthy and leathery taste, but I¡¦m not sure.) It has a dry finish. Ash is grayish white, and it is only a little bit flaky (2%), and it is okay-firm (the ash held on for about an inch, and I tipped it off. Draw is a bit tight, but not that forceful. When I smoked about a quarter way down, there¡¦s no more woody taste, and replaced it by earthy taste. Don¡¦t know if the woody taste is intended, or maybe it was stored in the humidor (of the company) for a long time. Nope, it still has a hint of woody taste to the cigar. The burn in the center has an orange color. I suspect the cigar is from Henry clay because of its dull taste. By the half of the cigar, it has a small hint of pepper. I don¡¦t really know where to categorize this cigar (strength), because the smoke is mild, but then my throat detected a mild-medium nicotine concentration. A hint of minty flavor, just a light hint.
