Review Notes: Cigar Insider rates this cigar a 91 and assigns it a "hold" recommendation. I'm tempted to buy a few more and do just that. Very peppery at first with a fine even burn -- reminiscent of an Opus X in flavour, albeit more mild. What follows is some mellowing and the emergence of sweet cream and chocolate flavours reiniscent of the natural wrapper Padron 64s. Sounds good, right? Well, that experience ended with about an 1 1/2 to go whe the cigar went out and refused to relight for any period of time. Kinda sad really. Compounding this dissapointment was the beautiful contrsuction that had me poised for a revelation: flawless oily wrapper, no soft spots --- simply perfection in the hand. The burn, too, was a disapointment with an ash that could hardly hold. I'm something of a collector so I just might plunk down the change a for a couple more to keep for a year and see what develops. But there is no arguing that at this point in its development the 100 anos is quite the dissapointment
