Review Notes: No. 17 in Cigar Aficionado's top 25 cigars of 2004. Severely pressed into a brick shape, it has a lightly oily and toothy wrapper. It smokes extremely well with an even burn, a lush and easy draw, and plenty of aromatic smoke; the only flaw is that can burn a bit hot. It has a predominant sweet and dry wood taste that starts out a bit sharp but quickly smoothens and becomes more mellow. It's also lightly spicy with some black pepper and ginger flavors. It's a finger burner as it performs well down to the last inch. Has a long finish and leaves a small comfortable buzz afterwards. I've smoked several of these over the past 2 years or so and they've consistently been very good smokes.
