Review Notes: This corona of the famed Don Carlos line looks good with a wrapper rich in color and with few flaws. Other than an uneven burn, this cigar is an outstanding performer: lush draw producing lots of aromatic smoke, solid ash, and it stays solid throughout, never getting soft and mushy as sometimes happens with small ring cigars. And for a skinny cigar, it's packed with flavor: a complex and balanced mix of spice, cedar, and cashews with some sweetness. Gets mellower and smoother as it's smoked. It only gets hot at the end since you'll be smoking it down to the nub. Has a long finish and leaves a small comfortable buzz afterwards. A pretty big smoke from a relatively small package.
