Review Notes: I just bought a box from Cuban Crafters (39.00 Bx) and got it last week. The production date on the box says 11-23-2003, and was signed by three people. I expect I got one of the last boxes produced under the brand name. I have smoked a few so far and find they are better with each passing day. The taste of the cigar as I wet the cap is sweet, and I can't account for that taste. The pre-light draw/taste is similarly sweet but, with a good tobacco taste. The wrapper is kind of dusty, due to it's age. The burn self corrects even if I screw up the light. The aroma is slightly floral. The ash is a solid white/grey; this cigar is well constructed. The first 1/2 inch of it is strong and spicey, then settles down to a medium to full bodied taste; I would not call it mild at all. The draw is excellent, and yields lots of smoke. It is fairly complex and about midway through it, the smoke and taste becomes creamy and less spicey. But, there is spice throughout. I guess the age of it has taken some of the edge off it. It is a good short smoke, and I am glad I was able to score of them.
