Review Notes: by way of an update: I got a box of robusto's several days ago and smoked 2 so far. They are still a little wet but, so far I find them to have good flavor, taste and aroma. The burn is solid and steady; any burn problems are self correcting. The aroma is somewhat floral and the overall taste is medium to full. I can taste the DR and Nic tobacco's and the sumatran wrapper adds the subtle spiceness. The finish is somewwhat short so, you're not gonna go around with the tatse in your mouth for hours afterward. It's a Thompson's brand and not at all bad for the price.

Review Notes: I too got one in a Thompson's sampler ( a Lonsdale w/ a sumatra wrapper) and I never forgot it. The taste was great, and the aroma was excellent, the burn was steady and clean; and I never forgot it. So, a few days ago I ordered a box and am looking forward to it. I have been looking for an everyday smoke, one I don't have to think about before reaching into my humidor. And at around 2 bucks a stick, I figure I'll be ahead of the game.
