Review Notes: I purchased (I think from JR's) a box of 25 of these Coronas that came complete with the obligatory story as to why they were so cheap, (in this case it was something to do with Altadis changing the packaging from a wooden slidetop box to a package containing fewer cigars. Not wanting to even waste space in my humi or even my cooladore, I decided to try the freezer method (strangely enough recommended by an owner/officer of one of the larger online pipe and cigar store) just to see what would happen. After 6 months or so I warmed them slowly and decided to try one. To my surprise, not only had the freezing done any visable harm, this little cigar packed a lot of flavor for the price. I'm not particularly good at describing tastes, but it was overall a creamy taste of wood and spice and put out volumes of smoke. Well I just checked JR's, and true to their word, they were now packed in bundles of 10 with a new band and show the same tobaccos being used, and of course the price had doubled. But if you can find any of them in the 25 count box and have a narrow gold irridestant band, give them a try. An excellent all day smoke. fprefect1
