Review Notes: I purchased several of both the natural and Maduro wrapped varieties of this cigar and although both have similar binder and filler tobaccos, the Natural wrapper did not produce the full distinctive taste of the Maduros. But the natural is by no means a bad cigar and I am hoping a little additional aging will smooth out a bit of a harsh taste that was my primary complaint. On the plus side I have had a chance to smoke 7 or 8 of both the Natural and Maduro varieties and I seriously doubt that one could find a cigar as well constructed as these at twice the price. 1 1/4 inch light grey ash was common and so far I have not smoked any where the burn varied by more than 1/4" throughout the smoke and that included a couple of 7 inch Churchills. Of the 2 varieties I would strongly recommend the Maduros if you intend to smoke them right away, but if you can find either on sale or pick them up for a bargain at auction, they are well worth the price. fprefect1
