Review Notes: My 100th review. What a flop. I knew I should have smoked one of my Opus or Anejos but I went with the highly regarded Dunhill Signed. I chose the robusto for it's length because I had much less than an hour. I am aware how highly rated the toro was in CA. The robusto was packed very densely and I used a punch. It's color was by far it's finest attribute - a beautiful chestnut brown unlike any of the dozens of cigars in the shop. Draw was firm but not tight so I then cut the cap. Still firm. I didn't need to suck on it so that is not what caused it to taste quite disgusting. There was a faint musty aroma to the smoke - not unpleasant, I guess earthy. I smoked it down to about 1 1/2" and I never tasted anything I liked. The burn was excellent and the ash was a bright white. Ash held on for more than 2". I will try to put a couple more of these away for awhile though a $10 cigar should be ready to smoke (IMHO).
