Review Notes: This is my first Illusione and it started out similar to a Don Pepin but became more. I punch cut this and it offered plenty of smoke. When I squeezed it, it was soft toward the foot and it tended to tunnel but only required one touch up midway thru. It started off spicey with strong pepper and wood. I picked up some leather into the 2nd third which pulled together the spice and wood nicely while adding nuts and coffee. The pepper faded but it did move into the full body range here for me. The final third brought all these flavors together as the nic buzz appeared. It was quite satisfying for me.
