Review Notes: H. Upmann is not my favorite cigar, but I have had some that were very good. This is one of them. This cigar has a darker than usual, shade grown, Connecticut wrapper. The construction is solid & the draw is deliberate. It has a smooth medium bodied flavor & a great nose. I find that MyG cigars are that way. They seem to be nose cigars more than anything. That's ok by me cause I'm a sniffer anyway. There are notes of cedar here, hints of leather in the nose & a nice light sweet spice quality. I've had this cigar in the bottom of the humidor for well over a year. It is my last one. I will have to think seriously about replacing it as the extra year or so has really brought this cigar along.
