"Great, but w/construction issues"

Review Notes: After smoking about a dozen of these since my initial review, I'm a little less enthusiastic about the Nobles. My beef is entirely with the construction. Even stored at 63%, about half of these draw more firmly than I'd like. None are plugged, but many require some effort and touchups to the burn. Flavors are still top shelf, and refreshingly different from other Pepin fare. Still among my favorites on flavor alone, but with a noteworthy flaw.

"Buy!"

Review Notes: To my palate, this is the best of what's out there right now. At $6-7, it might be pricey for an everyday smoke, but these may be worth getting a second job for. I've been regularly choosing this one over $10 D4s, VR Famosos, and Upmanns lying in the humidor, so I give it a perfect mark for Value. The appearance is less polished that the other Tatuaje lines, but I prefer the Havana VI in every other aspect. I could prattle on about the flavor, but just think semi-sweet chocolate. To the degree that it reminds me of another smoke, it's an old-school La Luna Maduro (mid/late 90s, pre-Fuerte and LHB lines) minus the chronic draw issues. More rich than strong, with an easy draw and chewy smoke. I'm hoarding these. End of story.
