Review Notes: Starts with a heavy dose of damp leather, then branches out quickly into the espresso and chocolate mentioned by others, and some hardwood. Tremendously complex. While this may well be better later, it shows excellent balance right now. If I had to compare it to anything, I'd say it's somewhere between the Oliva V and the new Cohiba Maduro. In ways, the San Cristobal trumps both -- it beats the Cohiba on price (!) and tops the Oliva V on flavor. Pepin worship has become horribly cliche, but it's justified anew. I had the El Centurion for the first time last night, and this San Cristobal today. DPG just keeps topping himself, showing new versatility with each release.
