Review Notes: For what you drop at an average toll booth, this is a damned good stick. Eight months of age has changed this one little. Give it 10 minutes to get rolling, and it'll give you the peppery, slightly sweet broadleaf goodness of a stick 5x its price. Not distinctive in any way aside from the price, but solid. If you were thinking of buying a "name" maduro like a Fuente "Chateau" or an RyJ Reserve, you'd do well to sample a Sol Cubano first.

Review Notes: An oily Broadleaf, perfect draw, decent flavor for a buck a pop at auction? Not the most sophisticated flavor profile you'll run across, but if you like a relatively gutsy Broadleaf smoke, as I do, you won't be let down.
