Review Notes: Look... this thing is like a steak after having a steak..not the greatest burn(somewhat uneven, needing a few touchups...) but hey it was very satisfying with really good flavs and hell it just is a a mano e mano gar. I had good consistent smoke all the way to the end for the most part. Considering the price, I would stock the humi with a box and let sit. Not perfection but a damn good meaty smoke nonetheless...yum!
