Review Notes: This is an absolutely gorgeous cigar to look at. Silky, chestnut brown wrapper with very minimal vein structure and a faultless cap. Someone obviously paid a lot of attention to making this smoke. No problem with giving this one a ten for appearance! Pre light aroma was oakey with sweet spice. Lighting was a cinch and the draw was perfect but almost right out of the gate the cigar had some burn issues -- both canoeing and tunneling. I could easily write this off to the cigar being fresh and needing more time to balance out in the humi, especially as I've never had any other problems with CT cigars. It was probably the flavor profile that was the biggest let down consisting mostly of plain woody flavors with an occasional hint of vanilla spice. I normally don't get bored with my smokes but this one put me to sleep. I wouldn't mind if it was a $4-5 stick but at $12.50 a pop you should really be getting a whole lot more for your bucks.
