Review Notes: This cigar teeters on the edge of "average" or just below. As usual it's all about the taste. As I sat on my porch last night watching a rather intensive thunder storm, I almost pitched this baby after the first inch, but soon it's started to grow on me. A saltiness, which I like in a cigar a lot, crept in and overpowered the bitter taste that reminded me of smoking turf or sod or peat or .... you get the idea. That bitter taste was still there but so was the salty-nuttiness. I felt like I had one foot in and one foot out of the Cigar Twilight Zone. But, the old "smokehole" persevered and smoked it past the band. It certainly is worth what I paid, how much more will reqire further study, a dirty job but someone has to do it.
