Review Notes: Since the legendary ASHMAN, wanted someone else to rate this cigar and I had one left, I thought I'd give it a try. This stick had been in my largest humidor for at least four years, probably more. This humidor holds a lot of cigars and a few get lost in there, this one with a couple of other Horsepowers I just found. The well aged 450 was very much a surprise in the taste department. Within the first inch I experienced a salty and pleasant, nutty taste, which hung on for most of the cigar. In the latter half of the cigar the taste and the construction started to fade or I would have rated it higher. It had a couple of "tunneling" episodes, which I made right with my torch lighter. I have to think that this value priced cigar scored fairly high with me because of the extensive aging I gave it.
