Review Notes: This is a good cigar, but I remember 1991 a being a better year. I'm not big on maduros but the natural Regente didn't "WOW" me either. This was a well built cigar with good flavor, about what you'd expect for the price. I prefer the Perdomo Reserve Maduro, it has a richer maduro taste.
