Review Notes: Like many other reviewers I found a few in the box to be bitter, and just not good tasting. I have noticed dramatic flavor differences in the few that I have smoked after I let them sit for about 6 months. At its best, this is a well balanced smoke that isn't that spicy and offers a good deal of smoke with each draw. Its a mellow flavorful dry finish kinda smoke.
