Review Notes: I agree with smokehole on this one. There is a good flavor in every puff, and I like DPG blends- for reference. As this is about the same price as Toro, and Toro is better... I see some don't like this one, everyone has their opinion. I like 1990 better than 1992 or Decade, and you will see many have the same opinion. If you spend $10 on every cigar, yeah, you can get better- tatuaje, say. But if you want to spend $3-4, 1990 is one of the best in that range.
