Review Notes: The Diesel Shorty is a good looking cigar and the double bands that surround the cigar give sort of a rustic look. I used a punch for this cigar and it worked beautifully. The 1/3 of the cigar started off with some pepper notes and leather. The burn was great and the ash held up for two inches. It fell off after I tried to remove the bands. The 2/3 continued the same flavor profiles as the first but had some sweetness that showed up from puff to puff. After the ash fell off the first time I had some burn issues. The cigar started to go out and needed a touch up. The last 3/3 of the cigar the flavors remained similar to the 1/3 but the pepper was less pronounced. With 1.5 inches to go I let the cigar burn itself out. I did have a little bit of a nicotine buzz after smoking this cigar. I liked the cigar and plan on buying a couple more. All in all I like the Diesel Unholy Cocktail and the Diesel Unlimited more than the Diesel Shorty.
