5 vegas series a apotheosis

Moving into the flavor department of the Apotheosis, I notice a good amount of complexity. The cigar's first third is its best portion, as it offers up a tasty mix of rich coffee and chocolate. The second third picks up in strength just a tad with some spicy notes. Chocolate is also noted here, and I certainly won't complain about that persistent flavor. The final third consists of some nuts, toast, and spice. The cigar seems to mellow out a bit towards the end, and never crosses into harsh territory.

Smoking the Series A Apotheosis from 5 Vegas was an enjoyable experience. The cigar caught me from the start with its presentation, and it continued to impress with the burn and various flavors. The plentiful notes of chocolate were my personal favorite, especially since I enjoy a tasty treat after dinner. The Apotheosis never got too strong, even though it's advertised as being one of 5 Vegas' boldest blends. This makes it a solid choice for both beginners and experienced smokers. At approximately $5 per stick, it puts plenty of value on the table for someone seeking a frequent smoke. You can also find it in packs of five or boxes of 20.

The 5 Vegas Series A Apotheosis earns a solid rating of 3.5 out of four stars.

5 Vegas Classic Torpedo

5vegasclassic

5 Vegas' Classic line is one that has received a good amount of praise from critics for its flavor and wallet-friendly price tag. That sounds like a good combination to me, so let's proceed to take a closer look at the line's Torpedo size.

The 5 Vegas Classic Torpedo measures 6 x 54. Other sizes in the line include the 5 x 50 Robusto, 5 1/2 x44 Corona, 5 1/2 x 55 Fifty Five, 6 x 38 Panatela, 6 x 48 Double Corona, and 7 x 52 Churchill. Each cigar in the Classic line is made up of tobaccos from five different plantations. The filler is a blend of Nicaraguan and Dominican Cuban Seed tobaccos. The binder is also Nicaraguan, while the wrapper is of the Sumatran variety. In terms of strength, the Classic is a smoother smoke that is listed as being medium-bodied.
