The most noticeable aspect of the cigar is its Figurado shape.  It doesn’t look like an easy shape to roll, but it appears to have been done to perfection in this case.  The neat Torpedo shaped head looks great, and so does the cigar’s neatly done closed foot.  The Figurado feels heavy in my hands and is very firm to the touch.  The oily wrapper has a beautiful chocolate brown color that is enticing.  Minimal veins are present and the texture is smooth.  The tasteful bands add a nice touch.  The top band features the Cain Daytona name over a gold and orange color scheme, while the bottom band displays the Studio Tobac name over a gold and black color scheme.  There’s a spicy cold taste, while the aroma is chocolaty.

After lighting the Cain Daytona Maduro with relative ease, I experience a bit of a tight draw.  There’s a decent amount of smoke, and the light gray ash is very sturdy and stays on for more than an inch.  The burn only requires some minor touch-ups.  Smoking time is approximately one hour and forty-five minutes.

The flavor of the Daytona Maduro Figurado starts off with a good little dose of sweetness that is later accompanied by chocolate and wood in the first third.  The chocolate and wood continue into the second third, where they are joined by cedar and some coffee.  The final third offers up spice, chocolate, coffee, and sweetness.

Once it was complete, the Cain Daytona Maduro Figurado offered a great smoking experience.  The cigar’s construction was impressive, and its complexity kept me entertained.  I would really like to see Studio Tobac produce this cigar on a regular basis, as it has a lot to offer.  For now, you can learn more about other Studio Tobac offerings as well as their upcoming 2013 World Tour by heading over to www.studiotobac.com.  Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to get your hands on one of their samplers at one of their future events.

The Cain Daytona Maduro Figurado earns a rating of 3.75 out of four stars.

How is this even a review? You didn't say anything about the AB other than the fact that you lit it on fire...
