Reviewer 1: Whitefish

Rating: C-

Construction Comments:
Pretty good. I liked the way they looked.
Pre-light Aroma and Flavor:
Nothing out of the ordinary. Typical tobacco flavors.
Burn:
Bad. It wasn’t totally terrible, but enough to irritate me enough that it took away from the experience.
Drink:
Ice water
Smoking Notes:
It is funny how one cigar from the same blend can be so different from another. I was amazed at how this behaved, compared to the robusto. It was a totally different experience. The flavors were different, the burn was different, & the experience was different. This had a very slight creamy, nutty flavor, which sounds good, but it really wasn’t. It was easily overpowered by a bitterness about ¼ of the way in & was only present enough to tease ... which pissed me off.
Overall Experience and Rating:
I did NOT enjoy my time with this cigar. It was a hassle & turned very harsh very early. I was very disappointed as the Robusto was very good. This one was NOT. C-

Reviewer 2: Slowburning

Rating: C+

Construction Comments:
Firm. Feels right in hand, not soft spot. Brown wrapper looks a little rustic.
Pre-light Aroma and Flavor:
Citrus and earthly.
Burn:
Even with minor tunneling, no touch up needed.
Drink:
Water
Smoking Notes:
Upon first puff, a little spicy, then subsided. Good amount of smoke. For some reason, there was a foul taste like old wood in this cigar that made me felt uncomfortable to continue, and that taste stayed for about half the length of the cigar, then disappeared, replaced with citrus sweet and earthly flavor.
Overall Experience and Rating:
This is a medium strength smoke. I enjoy cigars with a 42-46 ring gauge cigars, and this is a perfect size of the samplers I received. Due to the foul taste, I am giving it a C+.
