Comments:
Nice, firm, good looking cigar. |
Pre-light
Aroma and Flavor:
Typical tobacco flavor. |
Burn:
Very good. |
Drink:
Ice water. |
Smoking Notes:
This guy was a Hum Dinger!! It started off with a nice mild spice &
evolved into a nice strong smoke. The cigar did not have any real
overpowering flavors, but had a nice spice to go with an earthy tobacco
flavor. Not complex, but very good. This thing was a knee knocker, I could
tell right away. It did not rock me, but I certainly knew I was smoking a
strong stick!! |
Overall Experience and Rating:
I liked this cigar. If I were to smoke it on an empty stomach it would
have hurt me, but it was well behaved after dinner. My time with this
cigar was relaxing & stimulating all at once. I enjoyed my time with it &
will certainly try some more. B+ |

Reviewer 2: Slowburning Rating: A- |
Construction Comments:
Firm. Heavy in hand. Flawless light brown wrapper, little vein. |
Pre-light Aroma and Flavor:
Smells good with brown sugar sweetness. Draws was effort-less with only
1/4" of snip. |
Burn:
Sharp, no touch up required. |
Drink:
Coffee. |
Smoking Notes:
A lot of smoke, white ash, nutty, sweet. At times, hints of cocoa and
brown sugar drift in and out through out the entire smoke. |
Overall Experience and Rating:
This is a good medium bodied smoke. Its draw was effortless, with
excellent razor-sharp burn. A- |

Comments:
Minimal veining, attractive wrapper. Slightly spongy feel. |
Pre-light Aroma and
Flavor:
Fresh tobacco aroma. Spice on the tongue. Draw is very open.Xikar cut. |
Burn:
Very consistent burn with firm white ash. Plenty of creamy smoke. |
Drink:
Whiskey |
Smoking Notes:
I was worried that the open draw would cause problems in concert with what
felt like a rather loose construction. But this smoke did not disappoint.
Creamy, creamy, creamy. Cycleman would love this smoke as did I. Slightly
spicy at times with some nuttiness (if that's a word). I call this a
medium bodied smoke. Just a little on the harsh side at the nub. |
Overall Experience and Rating:
I really liked this cigar and look forward to finding out what it is. I
want some. I like a creamy smoke and this is what I experienced throughout
this stick. The wrapper is rather chewy and I liked that too. The
harshness I spoke of was toward the very end and I probably should have
put it down earlier. I do not consider it an issue. This smoke gets an A
from me. |

Reviewer 4: 19redwings Rating: B+ |
Construction Comments:
Nice torpedo, good cylinder and taper. Very small veins. Cigar was firm
throughout, no soft spots whatsoever. |
Pre-light Aroma and Flavor:
Solid. Earthy. Straight cut. |
Burn:
Perfect! Tight grey ash. Very good draw, just slightly tight, I love
cigars with this draw. Burn was consistent throughout. |
Drink:
Syrah |
Smoking Notes:
Great flavor when first lit!! It had two distinct flavor changes, one
about half way through and the other with about 2-1/2” left. Each time
became a little more leathery/earthy. Tons of white smoke!! |
Overall Experience and Rating:
Very enjoyable!!!. B+ |

Charlie Rating: C |
Construction
Comments:
This torpedo came apart about halfway through the smoke. |
Pre-light Aroma and
Flavor:
The wrapper is dark, but the cigar smelled mild and drew easily after
cutting. |
Burn:
The first quarter of the smoke was promising, but the thin wrapper and
burned ahead of the insubstantial binding and filler. There was a twiggy
consistency to the leaves that I do not like. |
Drink:
None |
Smoking Notes:
Overall flavor was fair, but the cigar failed to mature through the smoke.
It got hotter, and lighter, as it unraveled. |
Overall Experience and Rating:
This cigar started out strong and then failed to deliver. I have to give
this cigar a C. |
