Does anyone have experience with Cuban Crafters?

receive their emails all the time, and their descriptions sound worthy of a try, but I have no point of reference. Sonce they carry a line of non-retail smokes, I can't do my usual skip over to the local stogie store and buy a couple to try before I order a box. Any unbiased info would be helpful.

A really nice cigar line. Visited their shop in Miami, only 5 minutes from the airport. Watched the rollers, smoked a nice robusto and had a Cuban coffee. Very nice experience, nice folk and good service. The robustos are mild to medium and rolled beautifully. Try one or 25...I have them stoicked in my humidor all the time now.

I have been dealing with Cuban Crafters for a year or two via on-line purchases, and have found them to be a good company to deal with. I have purchased cigars, lighters, and most recently, a 50-75 count humidor. They carry a broad line of cigars, but not many of the brands are banded with familiar, "every day"names. The most familiar name they carry, I believe, would be Don Kiki, and they carry the entire line. A few weeks ago I bought a box of La Caya Limited Reserve. It is a very pleasant mild-medium cigar, reminiscent of 5 Vegas Gold.

I've not spoken directly to any of their staff, but the half dozen e-mails I have sent have all been answered in less than 24 hours. The web site is straight forward and easy to navigate, and their prices, particularly on the humidors, are the best I've found. And they ship via UPS, not the Pony Express (USPS) so the shipping times are consistent.

My only complaint is that they do not sell any of their cigar lines in 5 packs.
