Rating: B

Construction Comments:
This cigar looked shiney, but well wrapped golden brown appearance, only a couple of veins that really were not apparent.
Pre-light Aroma and Flavor:
A nice looking cigar, good smell to it.
Burn:
Not much flavor to this cigar, very light. The draw was excellent.
Drink:
Bud Select
Smoking Notes:
Very thick smoke, slight flavor which I could not really identify. I had to touch it up once.
Overall Experience and Rating:
Overall a good cigar, with it being on the mild side I will keep it in mind for maybe breakfast time. B.

Rating: C+

Construction Comments:
This cigar had a chocolate brown wrapper with a bit of tooth. Perhaps a sun grown Connecticut wrapper. Very solid. Nice looking and well made cigar. Toro size.
Pre-light Aroma and Flavor:
This cigar had a nice sweet earthy smell.
Burn:
Lit very easily and burned very evenly. No relight or touch up was required. This cigar burned very nicely. Not too fast… Not too slow. Nice solid white ash.
Drink:
Samuel Adams Pale Ale
Smoking Notes:
This cigar has a dry woody taste. A bit of sweetness in the smoke. Not a complex smoke. Quite mild. Excellent draw for the whole cigar.
Overall Experience and Rating:
This cigar was a bit bland. I kept waiting for the taste to become more complex but it never did. This cigar is a "start your day" cigar and not a "relax at the end of the day with a drink" cigar. C+

Reviewer 3: Charlie

Rating: D

Construction Comments:
There was only one thin wrapper layer, which began to flake away about half way through the smoke. Binder has a lot of veins, which became more pronounced as the cigar burned down.
Pre-light Aroma and Flavor:
Cigar has a very mild aroma and flavor. Rather like a cigarette.
Burn:
Very even, like a cigarette.
Drink:
Bass Ale, totally overpowered this cheap cigar
Smoking Notes:
Very light cigar with little flavor.
Overall Experience and Rating:
The overall grade here is a D. At $9, I'd infer that this cigar aspires to a class of premium, big mild cigars like Macanudo or Ashton, but it lacks the subtle flavors to make the grade. It must be machine rolled. It feels mass produced. This very mild cigar has a big big draw and generated big, dry heat, but little for the flavor or interest. I was glad when it burned out three-fourth of the way through. I had no reason to relight it.

Rating: B-

Construction Comments:
The cigar had a nice chestnut brown wrapper, smooth with very little noticeable veins. The cigar was not as filled as well as I would like, not firm to the touch but consistent in the fill and it was a nice looking cigar in appearance.
Pre-light Aroma and Flavor:
Straight cut that was a little rough but no pieces in my mouth on the pre-light draw. The aroma was ever so slightly sweet and leathery.
Burn:
The ash was a nice White/gray and held on for the first 1 1/2 inch that was not bad considering it was not a solidly filled cigar. The burn was not the straightest but no touch ups needed. Smoke volumn was very good.
Drink:
Iced tea.
Smoking Notes:
I was an easy torch and the draw was easy and smooth. And as I said before, I hate cigars that I have to work at and this was not one of them. The cigar had a leathery flavor, carmel taste and is medium in strength to me. The cigar was consistent throughout though not overly complex. It had a nice finish and the flavor filled the mouth with a pleasing taste. The burn was very decent considering the fill and the strength started off a little strong but smoothed out as it went along. The cigar burned a little hot towards the last 2 inches and got a little bitter and wet.
Overall Experience and Rating:
I enjoyed this cigar considering the consistent flavor as the burn progressed and how it filled the mouth with it's leathery flavor. I reduced it's rating because of the fill and wet, bitter finish.

I would still rate this cigar fairly decently and give it a B- due to the medium fill and the less then stellar ending. I would smoke this again.

Rating: C+

Construction Comments:
Nice - until it smoked it. :(
Pre-light Aroma and Flavor:
Nice
Burn:
Even burn and nice draw
Drink:
Margarita
Smoking Notes:
It looked like a nice construction and was easy on the cut. The ash was a tad flaky, but the draw once again, was near perfect! Sadly, a short time after torching this smoke it started to just ... well ... self-destruct. The wrapper started coming undone at different points all over the stick. The aroma, once again reminded me of Alec Bradley ... Which I thought was odd, because the past AB's I have smoked had more of sheen to the wrapper, yet draw after draw, I still smelled the AB aroma. I wondered if it was left over senses from cigar B. It was still smokable and I did enjoy the flavor, but when a cigar falls apart on you from the get go ... I wondered if it was just to wet from the travels and it stated to expand, but with such an good draw and looking at the locations of where the leaf just started to un-peel, it really was just a flawed cigar with a very delicate wrapper. The flavor was still enjoyable with just a slight hint of cream mixed with some leather-earthy undertones.
Overall Experience and Rating:
I would still give this cigar a C+ with such an even burn and nice draw.
