Padron 1964 Anniversary Series Diplomatico Maduro
This cigar is straight from the Padrons, as the name suggests and the series was released in 1994, to celebrate their 30th anniversary. It is a limited edition run, comprised of the top tobacco harvested by the company each year. It may be a little hard to find, but I would say it is worth the effort!
Constructed entirely from Nicaraguan tobacco, this series harkens back to the old Cuban Box-Pressing, lending a nice tactile sensation to the smoke. Back that up with its silky smooth wrapper, and you are already enjoying it before you light up.
I am notoriously a chocolate fan, and this cigar reminds me greatly of a Snickers bar. This is no doubt due to three pivotal flavors that literally melt in your mouth when you light this fellow up: chocolate, nuts, and nougat. Top it off with a little coffee, and you got yourself a smoke that really satisfies.

Conclusion
That wraps up our look at Churchills for now. But never fear – there are still a bevy of cigar reviews coming your way this month, so be sure to stop by often. I thoroughly enjoyed this batch of cigars, though I must admit to a certain amount of bias; there are few Churchills that have crossed my path that I did not enjoy.
As always, if you have smoked these, loved them or hated them, or could care less about them, drop me a line. I would love to hear your take on them. Or if you have any cigars that I skipped, send us your thoughts.
