The 11/18 is an attractive cigar. It has a very dark wrapper that displays a few large veins and some oil on the surface. The 11/18 also has an interesting shape that is a departure from most cigars. Camacho places two decorative bands on the 11/18. The band near the head is large and displays the Camacho logo as well as the Triple Maduro label in black, silver, and red. The band at the foot is silver and black and has some nice graphics on it as well. The 11/18 feels very firm to the touch, and it has a pre-light aroma and taste that are both sweet.
The burn of the 11/18 is decent, although it does require a few touch-ups to keep things from getting out of hand. The draw is good and the cigar produces solid white ash.
The flavors packed in the 11/18 are very enjoyable. The cigar begins with a sweet flavor. The sweetness gives way to some spicy pepper. Last, but definitely not least is a really tasty chocolate flavor that is the best of the bunch.
The Triple Maduro 11/18 is a quality cigar that is highlighted by its excellent flavor. It looks great, and its burn is not too bad. It also seems to fit somewhere in between medium and full-bodied without ever getting too overwhelming in power. A single retails for around $13 to $14 each. While that is not a budget price, it is definitely worth a try. You can also find the 11/18 in boxes of 21.
