The overall flavor of the Aniversario is No. 2 is smooth, but it is lacking in terms of complexity. The cigar starts off by offering some light notes of cocoa and coffee. It then transitions into a leathery flavor. Nutty notes come next, and there is also a very creamy flavor that is pleasant.
The Aniversario No. 2 is a quality cigar. It comes well-constructed, offers a solid burn, and has good flavors. There is nothing that really sticks out, however, and the lack of complexity might turn some off. Perhaps the biggest issue with the Aniversario No. 2 is its price. A single goes for around $25 each. A box of 25 sells for around $600, and it can also be found in boxes of four or ten. When you consider its high price and the fact that it's somewhat average, you may want to look at other less expensive options. Now, if you are a Davidoff fan and love smooth cigars, you may want to at least spring for a single. It's also mild enough for beginners to try on a special occasion.
The Davidoff Aniversario No. 2 earns a rating of 2.5 out of four stars, mostly because its high price tag seems a bit much for the experience.
Davidoff Grand Cru No. 4

Davidoff's Grand Cru series is no newbie to the industry, as it was launched all the way back in 1946. Davidoff claims that the No. 4 vitola of the Grand Cru line is full of flavor, so it's time to find out if the cigar can actually back up that claim. Hopefully it does.
The No. 4 size from the Grand Cru line measures 4 5/8 x 41. It also comes in four other sizes: the 6 3/32 x 43 No. 1, the 5 5/8 x 43 No. 2, the 5 x 43 No. 3, and the 4 x 41 No. 5. The Grand Cru's filler is made up of Dominican tobacco and so is its binder. The cigar is finished off with a Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. Like other selections from Davidoff, this line is made in the Dominican Republic. The Grand Cru is categorized as being medium-bodied.
