The most noticeable aspect of the Decade Lonsdale's appearance is its very dark wrapper. A good amount of oil is visible under the light and there are a few veins running throughout the body. The cigar feels firm to the touch and has a nice box-pressed shape. There are two decorative bands present. The top band shows the Rocky Patel name and logo, while the one beneath it displays the Decade label. The yellow color of the bands adds a nice contrast to the wrapper's dark shade. Prior to lighting, the Lonsdale has a spicy cold taste and gives off a scent of tobacco.

As one would expect with a Rocky Patel Stick, the Decade Lonsdale performs well in the burn department. The burn stays even on its own without the need for any touch-ups or re-lighting. The draw is good and light colored ash is produced.
The flavors are just as impressive as the burn. The cigar begins with a good deal of pepper that hits you in the mouth. Some chocolate and creamy flavors also appear, along with some coffee notes. There is also some cedar as well as a tobacco flavor similar to the cold taste. It does seem to sit right in between medium and full-bodied, as it has enough kick to it without being too bold to handle.
It is hard to find any complaints with the Rocky Patel Decade Lonsdale. The construction is excellent, as expected. The burn is error-free, and the flavors are varied and complex. This is a good stick for experienced smokers who like a lot of flavor. A single retails around $9 each, and there are also boxes of 20 available. That price point may be a bit much, but picking up a single is well worth it for a Sunday afternoon at least.
The Rocky Patel Decade Lonsdale earns a solid rating of 3 out of 4 stars.
